Exhibitor Staff Badges
Exhibitors are allotted four free badges for every table OR 10 X 10 booth rented. Each exhibitor badge beyond the allocated amount is available at $45.00 per badge. There is a maximum of 4 additional badges available per company. Do not use Exhibitor badges for anyone other than personnel staffing your booth. All badges can be picked up at registration. If additional badges are needed on-site, please give your list of names to the Exhibitor Registration Clerk when you arrive. Calculate in advance and be prepared to pay the additional fee of $45.00 per badge if your company exceeds the four-badge-per-booth allotment. There may be a delay in the processing of badges requested when the show opens.

WHAT IS THE EXHIBITOR BADGE?
Exhibitor Badges are STRICTLY for exhbitor personnel working in your company’s table or booth. For security purposes, these badges are NOT to be used for friends, clients, etc.
HOW MANY BADGES IS MY COMPANY ALLOTTED?
Every exhibiting company is allotted four (4) free badges for every table or 10 X 10 booth occupied. Additional badges are available for $45.00 per badge.
