Hand Carried items can only be brought in and out through the front of the building (east side of the 11th Avenue inner roadway) during move in and move-out days and times only.

Parking is limited to vehicles no larger than a Ford Econoline Van.

Vehicles must be attended by a licensed driver at all times
|
|

|
Exhibitors may use nothing larger than a two-wheeled baggage cart (plastic or rubber wheels only) to move their items. No large dollies or flat carts are allowed.
|
|
«
|
Pop up displays, equal or less than 10’ in length, capable of being carried by hand by one person may be brought in.
|
|
«
|
Exhibitors moving items must use the doors and routes designated by Show Management
|
|

|
Individuals moving these items must be employees of the exhibiting company and must carry identification with them to verify this fact.
|
Advance Shipment - Please reference the Freeman Decorating section of the manual for rates
Freeman will accept crated, boxed or skidded materials beginning Friday, February 1, 2013, at the address below. Material arriving after February 21, 2013 will be received at the warehouse with an additional after deadline charge. Warehouse materials are accepted at the warehouse Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM.

Freeman will receive direct shipments of non wine products at the exhibit facility beginning on Friday, March 1 at 8:00AM. Shipments arriving before this date will be refused by the facility.
