Harnessing common ground and celebrating the differences that exist in Italian and US culture when presenting/educating about Italian specialty and Salumi products have remained important guiding principles which have proven extremely fruitful over the course of his career. He regularly conducts trade and consumer seminars as well as consults national retail chains on driving growth in the specialty meats category. He has been featured in news, print and media outlets including Forbes Life, Rai International and 1010WINS among others. He is presently working on an Italian Salumi & Specialties Education book seasoned gingerly with life experiences and anecdotes gathered in Italy, abroad and Stateside.
